George Levington guilty of a burglary in the dwelling house of John Jackson in the parish of St Bees on 15th March 1779: stealing therefrom a purse (valued at 1d) and 7 gold guineas.

In the Quarter Sessions papers he was in prison for eight weeks in the period 10th July to 2nd October putting his execution in early September.
