Thomas Swift and James Osborne guilty of the highway robbery of Richard Dunn in the parish of Bideford on 18th July 1797: robbing him of goods and money (valued at £3.3.1d).
Expenses for executing these two are claimed by the Sheriff. I have not found a reprieve for them but the Exeter Flying Post makes no mention of their execution.
