John Horn found guilty on an indictment for breaking into the dwelling house of Robert Cranmer in the parish of St Peter, Maldon on 28th May 1780; and stealing therefrom a silver tablespoon (valued at 10/-), 5 silver teaspoons (valued at 10/-), a silver pap spoon (valued at 5/-), a silver stock buckle (valued at 2/-), a waistcoat (valued at 20/-), a pair of leather breeches (valued at 15/-) and other articles of clothing (valued at £1.8/-).
