John Rivers (otherwise Aaron Springwell) found guilty on an indictment for stealing 12 silver tablespoons (valued at £3), a silver cup (valued at £5), 2 silver punch ladles (valued at 15/-), 2 silver salts (valued at 10/-) and 18 silver teaspoons (valued at 25/-), in the dwelling house of Daniel Rivers in the parish of Rochford on 3rd May 1768.
