Jonathan Byerly found guilty on an indictment for a burglary in the dwelling house of Thomas Shore in the parish of Wanstead on 18th January 1745: stealing therefrom a silver basket (valued at 30/-), 15 silver spoons (value at £8), 6 silver teaspoons (valued at 18/-) and  a pair of silver tea tongs (valued at 2/6) the property of Thomas Shore; and a silver mug (valued at 20/-), the property of Dorothy Shepherd. Executed.
