Thomas Smith (otherwise Thomas Cockle), aged 32, found guilty of stealing 5 sheep (valued at £4) and 3 lambs (valued at 20/-), the property of Thomas Fellowes the elder in the parish of Hemel Hempstead on 1st December 1786.
