Thomas Wilkinson of Croston guilty of the highway robbery of Henry Marsden near Horwich Chapel in the parish of Horwich on 5th November 1764: robbing him of 5 gold guineas, a gold quarter guinea and 2 Portuguese gold coins (each with a value of 27/-).
