Charles Evans Shury and John Castle.  Shury guilty of the murder of David Charteris, by striking him on the head with a stick in the parish of Culham on 8th October 1787.  Castle and Covington (for Covington see 7 March 1791) feloniously, wilfully and of their malice aforethought were present aiding, abetting, assisting, helping, comforting and maintaining Shury the felony and murder aforesaid in manner and form aforesaid to do and commit.
