James Smith (otherwise Wells) guilty of breaking in to the dwelling house of Robert Burgin in the parish of Kidlington on 28th January 1750; and stealing therefrom a knife (valued at 3d), a pair of scissors (valued at 6d), a linen handkerchief (valued at 6d), a gold half guinea and £1.2.8d in money numbered.
