Albert Edward Jenkins murdered his landlord William Henry Llewellyn 52 who he battered at Lower Furzehill Farm, Rosemarket on 10 October 1949.

His body was found bound and sewn in a tarpaulin buried in a clay pit near Lower Furzehill on 11 October 1949.
