Christopher James Geraghty, Charles Henry Jenkins and Terence Peter Rolt were convicted for the murder of Alec de Antiquis 35 who was shot on Charlotte Street, London on 28 April 1947.

Christopher Geraghty and Charles Jenkins were sentenced to death and executed.

Terence Rolt was ordered to be detained until her majesty's pleaseure be known for a period of not less than 5 years.
