Michal Niescior murdered Charles Elphick 42 who he stabbed to death outside 69 Abinger Road, Portslade, near Brighton on 22 October 1945.
Michal Niescior had been living with Charles Elphick's wife while Charles Elphick was away on service in the war. When Charles Elphick returned to his wife Michal Niescior went round to see him late one night and stabbed him with a carving knife resulting in his death.
