William Walters found guilty on an indictment for the highway robbery of John Fuller, the elder, and John Fuller, the younger, in the parish of Coulsden on 25th March 1742: robbing the elder of a diamond ring (valued at £5), a gold ring (valued at 5/-) and 2 gold guineas; and the younger of a silk purse (valued at 12d), a foreign silver coin (value 12d), 7 gold guineas and 4/6 in money numbered.
