Harry Dobkin was convicted of the murder of his wife Rachel Dobkin 47.
It was thought that he killed and dismembered her in the Vauxhall Baptist Chapel, Kennington Lane, London on Friday 11 April 1941.
Her body was later found during demolition work on 17 July 1942.
