Allan Grierson murdered Louise Berthe Gann 63 at 19 Gloucester Road, Regent's Park, London. He beat her to death with a flat iron and she died the next day.
He had been staying at her house as he was unemployed. He admitted that hehad stolen a silver cruet which he sold for 14/- and said that because of that didnt intend to return ro Gloucester Road as he would be caught but that he didnt assault or kill Louise Gann.
