A respectable looking market gardener and father of eleven, sentenced to death at the Old Bailey for the murder of his wife at Kilburn on 9 August. Harris was alleged to have cut her throat with a razor but pleaded insanity and claimed to have no recollection of the events on the night of her death. Hanged alongside ORROCK by James Berry and Richard Chester.
