Blanche Worman was convicted for murder by witchcraft and sentenced to hang. Execution not confirmed.

On 20 March 1606 at Moulsham she bewitched Thomas Halle so that his body was wasted and mutilated.

On 1 April 1604 at Moulsham she bewitched Jane Sellyn so that her body was wasted and mutilated.

On 7 January 1607 at Moulsham she bewitched Leonard Goodin of Moulsham so that he languished until 1 February 1607 and then died.

On 1 November 1606 at Moulsham she bewitched Bridget Cole, wife of William Cole, so that her body was wasted and mutilated.

On 3 May 1606  at Moulsham she bewitched Thomas Browne of Moulsham so that he languished  until 12 August and then died.

On 18 August 1606 at Moulsham she bewitched Joan Mault, wife of Edward Mault, so that her body was wasted and mutilated.
